Welcome to Bayside Bin Cleaning LLC (\"Bayside Bin Cleaning,\" \"we,\" \"our,\" or \"us\"). By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Bayside Bin Cleaning provides professional trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and related services for residential and commercial customers.

Services are performed according to the service plan selected by the customer.

2. Scheduling

Service dates are scheduled based on route availability.

While we strive to maintain consistent scheduling, service dates may be adjusted due to weather, equipment maintenance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a service must be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact and billing information.
Ensure trash bins are empty prior to scheduled service.
Place bins in an accessible location on the scheduled service day.
Remove any obstacles that may prevent safe access to the bins.

If bins are inaccessible or contain excessive debris that prevents cleaning, service may be postponed until the next scheduled visit.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting a service request, you authorize Bayside Bin Cleaning LLC to securely store your payment method through our payment processor and charge your selected payment method for services provided according to your selected service plan.

Payments may be processed after service has been completed or according to your selected billing schedule.

5. Subscription Services

Monthly subscription plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) completed services before cancellation.

After the minimum service commitment has been satisfied, customers may cancel at any time by providing notice before their next scheduled service.

Quarterly and one-time services are billed according to the selected service.

6. Pricing

Current pricing is displayed during signup and may be updated from time to time.

Customers will be notified of any future pricing changes before they become effective for recurring services.

7. Cancellations & Missed Services

Customers who wish to cancel recurring service after fulfilling the minimum service commitment should notify us before their next scheduled service.

If bins are unavailable or inaccessible on the scheduled service day, that visit may be considered missed. Rescheduling is subject to route availability.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any service-related concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bayside Bin Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to trash bins.
Damage resulting from defective, brittle, or improperly maintained bins.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to These Terms

Bayside Bin Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will become effective upon posting to our website.
